Under no circumstances is hand collecting other people's discarded litter, rubbish, junk left on the side of the road such as 3 slightly rusty but matching hubcaps, unrecognizable food waste, dead rodents, skunks, a desirable fun way to spend the evening, but that's what gloves are for!
